Q: My phone doesn’t respond well while it’s in Touch Screen Purse. What can I do?

A: An easy fix to this is adjusting your phone’s sensitivity settings (sometimes called 3D Touch or Touch).

Iphone:

1. Go to Settings > Accessibility.

2. Tap Touch, then tap 3D & Haptic Touch (depending on the device you have, you might see 3D Touch or Haptic Touch)

3. Turn on the feature, then use the slider to select a sensitivity level.

Android:

1. Go to Settings > Language > Input

2. Scroll to the very bottom of these settings and tap pointer speed.

3. Increase the slider to make the touch screen more sensitive

4. Tap OK and then experiment with the results.

Q: What is Touch Screen Purse made from?

Q: Will a plus-size phone fit in this purse?

A: Yes, Touch Screen Purse can fit phones up to 6.75” tall x 4” wide! 

Q: Can I access my phone normally through Touch Screen Purse?

A: Yes, this purse allows you to access your phone with a passcode, fingerprint & facial recognition!

Q: Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

A: Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: Our standard shipping method is USPS.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: We currently ship to the US, Canada (with the exception of Quebec), Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Please note a $10 surcharge will apply to non-continental US orders. Additional import duties or taxes may apply, please check with your local agency for more information.

A: Once the return is processed, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to apply to your payment method – timing can vary depending upon your banking institution
